The usual term for rental contracts is 6 to 12 months. However we do have some properties available on short term contracts. We are working for both you and the owners and we are always glad assist both parties in anyway way we can. Owners request they have 2 months rent in advance as deposit which is refundable at the end of the contract. Rent is payable 1 month in advance.

Things to think about whilst searching…Location, facilities, transport, shops, bars, and restaurants. If you are unfamiliar with Pattaya & Jomtien then Pattaya Realty have substantial local knowledge and we will advise you as best we can.
